To get a job you must be reccomended by 2 staff members at HxHD.
Reccomendations are taking place at the moment.
Habbox Staff Members look for friendly, helpful people who are in the help desk a lot to reccomend.

The best thing you can do is hang about in HxHD, be polite, helpful when the desk is full and not get into any trouble. I think this wave of reccomendations is nearly full, but there is always the next wave :)
