We impose a system of a minimum three reports per week, any reporter who fails to meet this is put on probation and then fired if it happens successively.

Trialist news reporters are usually offered jobs by our news manager Shabbs, he chooses people who impress him by rpeorting lots of good news on other fansites or on the news sections of the Habbox Forum.

Applications get randomly sent to the Habbox news email account but are rarely succesful. My best advice to you is get posting in the news forums on this board.

Also as a tip, we look for presentation and grammar/punctuation skills.

Presentation is usually either within someone or it isn't, Habbo UK news is directly placed onto the index page of Habbox, therefore it is vital that our news reporters are keeping there presentation of reports spot on.

Good grammar and punctuation skills are vital, without these basic skills we would receive alot of complaints and your reports wouldn't lool very interesting nor enjoyable to read.

Goodluck with your application

News reporters on a trialist basis are asked to post ten pieces of news across a trial of two weeks :), this changes if you succeed.
To become a news reporter go to http://www.habbox.com (http://www.habbox.com/) and look at the Job Openings page. Good Luck!
