Thanx:) But when I try to make the Flag Girl my avator it says its to large. Any suggestions on how to make it smaller?

Thats because you have a huge white area around them. Upload them into paint and then use the crop tool (which looks like a dotted rectangle) which is on the tool bar on the right. Use this to draw a square around the alt, to cut off all the white bit around it. When you have selected the area go to Edit - Copy, or press Ctrl C. Then open a new paint by going to File - New. Then paste in your cut-out by going to Edit - Paste or pressing Ctrl V.
Then drag the bottom right hand corner of the white area right up to your alt so that the whole page is only just fitting around the alt. Then save it again.

Hey I tried doing what you said concentric but it still wont work. It says its to large and needs to be 70 by 100 pixels:/

yea the floor on the sides. you will be able to fit it in without having to cut any of the habbo itself off
