Ive been baned and its not my fault

:( Hi my habbo name is beaumont1 and ive been banned since last summer.

it started in july when i was logged and my habbo was took away from me then wen i got my password back and i tryed to log in it said something about a perm ban for asking to see stuff and this was not me. i realy want my habbo back and i keep emailing them but i get no reply or when i do it gives me a new pass but when i use it it is still banned plz help me thanks

The account will be banned because the person who took your account might have used it to scam. You need to e-mail habbo and explain, using the "Why am i banned?" option.

i have done that hundreds of times and all i get is a new pass

Use the heading something else, and explain the WHOLE story, they can look into it ALOT easier then :)

If you choose the "Something Else" option you get an automated reply, so wait to get that reply, which will say "Most Habbos who choose the Something Else option actually have a problem related to one of the other options... blah blah". Then reply to that email with your story, then you will get a personalised response.
