It seems to be recommendatins are only given out to Help Desk staff's friends.

I think that the Help Desk team are very good don't get me wrong and the recommendations is a good sytem but it seems the staff only recommend their friends. I mean Cally-Star! is now on trial but I never noticed her helping anyone, just dancing infront of the mocha's.

aye thats because we have a common rule which is please do not interupt the staff when they are helping someone. Sometimes when all the staff "appear to be brb" by sitting on the back chairs we see which members are helping the others. Helps us with reccomendations

Look, I knew it was really annoying for staff when people take over if you are helping someone. which is why i chose to stay next to my trusty friend mr mocha. xD

You should be congratulating people who get reccomended, not being horrible about it. Also, you cant get a trial unless you pass the interview :l so how is it possible that I'm not helpful? I notice that you're not in HxHD that much yourself..how would you know that I havent been helping people?
