I can do pixel art but not people. Im so annoyed, i cant do the first task :@

You could just get a habbo and recolour it to look pirate like or Navy like.
Then maybe add a few things like scars or badges or a gold trimmed hat to make it suit more.
The tasks are all about improving your pixel skills so just take the plunge.
