Help with selecting on animation shop 3!

Hi, How do you select something in animation shop 3? so u can move it round the page? like a specfic thing 2 move?! thanks!

I dont have Animation Shop 3, but I think most animation thingies dont let you edit the photos, but instead take alof of photos and make it an animated gif thingy. If you want to move some part of the photo around you'll have to open the photo in paint and move it around or something.
