I'll answer that for you, but here... Because I can't reply to your thread.
The petals were being traded for higher prices, as people wanted more for them.
For instance - Furni Shop owners got a profit on them.
Then we were in competition to get RID of our petals quickly.
We wanted to get rid fast, so we made cheaper offers than that of other people to assure we got the deal.
Then other people followed the trend until it went down to 2.5 hcs.
So it's due to competitiveness that they BOTH went down.
