Specifically just for outside Habbo - because i've never seen any applications open or anything.

Every Habbox Reporter is allowed to post in every Habbox News category. However all our reporters have a specific preference to whcih area they enjoy posting News. Those reporters who tend not to visit Habbo Hotel much, will usually be category specific to "Outside Habbo News".

Habbo Hotel reporters tend to write news for their preferred hotel, but occasionally publish news for other hotels, as well as Outside Habbo topics wif there is a shortage of Habbo News :).
