im new and need help!

Im brand new to alterations and basically dont have a clue what to do wotso eva ! im creative so im sure i could impress you with some great alts could sum1 plz help me and tell me where to start and what to do thx :eusa_ange

Ok, what you need to do first is find what you want to alter, Start off with something simple! You need to take a screenshot by pressing 'Print Screen' on your keyboard (it will seem like nothing happens at first), then open up paint, press edit, paste and then you will have the screen you copied. Cut out the image you want and copy it to clipboard, press 'new' and then paste your image onto the empty page. From then on you will have to make you're image an alt, when you're finished you save it as a PNG file (important) and when you're happy with it, you upload it onto a new thread. ColdShot Is Right. But Sometimes when your new to alterations is to simply make some Recoulerings. This is good Practice for when your making your own real alterations. Heres Some of My ones. There very Simple. Lots of common alts are to change chairs into sofas.This is my Majestic bench/sofa.I Hope This Will Help.

okay thanx for that the both of you ! im sorry to have waisted your time and i agree that the both of you have made some pretty impressing alts ! but im still stuck i dont know how to get rid of my backround and some of your alts have just had the colour changed , how are you supposed to do that on paint ? also how do you save it as an alt ?

pft. Never ever ever ever do recoloring alts and just leave it recolored! There is no skill into that and i absolutely hate it. My first alts was of taking a picture of someone on habbo and editing their clothes such as adding a belt or putting a H logo on the shirt. remember to use the zooming in tool and zoom in and out
