I'm using KDE at the moment, though i'm having trouble installing my video card drivers. I can't really apreciate it whilst running at such a low resolution.

For Desktop/Home Use - Only when I need to test out Linux based software or sometimes randomly using it but I don't use Linux allot for desktop use and if I do I use Ubuntu/Damn Small Linux.
For Server/Management Use - Yes, very regularly and I much prefer Linux for them jobs and I have a minimal Windows server knowledge whereas I have allot more knowledge in Linux servers and know with most things what I'm doing. On servers I use mainly CentOS and other distributions sometimes but as I said generally CentOS.
Also I've said this more than once to people just to clarify...
Linux doesn't run .exe's as .exe is a WINDOWS based file format.

I actually use full linux. I use PCLinuxOS which is based on Mandriva with a KDE desktop environment simply because it worked great with my wireless card. In the future I want to move onto a bigger distro i.e. fedora, suse etc but I want to get a desktop first.

Linux can run Windows applications if you install WINE (WINE Is Not an Emulator).
I dabble with Linux every so often, but normally when I do, I use Ubuntu, which natively uses Gnome.
