Converting a .Lso file to .mp3 or .wav etc

I made a song on Logic Song Creator or something like that.. Does anyone know hwo to change the .lso file or the .bak file into something u can listen to on a Windows Computer?

Isn't there an export option. I doubt there are any converters for this format.

Hmm open the file in the music centre thing and then go to file and something like export, then change the file type
