Today my new computer came and running Windows Vista Home Premiume. I do say HP are the best for pre-built computers, Mum ordered last night and it came today! Screen shot below of system information etc, Don't care what you think, it does the job for me.
Would like to say for people who thinking of getting Vista, It's bloody fantastic!

Looks pretty good dude, glad you like it. The specs are pretty decent, but whether they do what you want will obviously depend on what you run on it.

I want vista.
Need to add some ram to my laptop though, 512mb, so then I'll have 1gb of ram.
and I'm hoping my little 64mb graphics card can take some ram memory to allow it to be 128mbs.

Flisker, it'll be because you have a graphics card that uses some of your memory :) The Windows score only counts your lowest component ;)

There is nothing in Ultimate that I really would want. Same with the business package. I think most people go for ultimate only because its the "best" version although it isnt necessarily if you dont use all the stuff in the package :).

True. I saw the pamphlet, it showed my a table comparing all the four versions. Ultimate had only a few more extras, which I don't need. Not surprising as Home Premium is the most popular version. Lmao, the technician at the store told me that his Home Basic was even worse than XP. :P
