Hey,

I have an iPod 5.5Gen Black 80GB. When I plug it into my PC iTunes says:

"iTunes has detected an iPod that appears to be corrupted. You may need to restore this iPod bbefore it can be used with iTunes. You may also try disconnecting and reconnecting the iPod."

Done all that it says but each time I plug it in I get the same message. My iPod was working fine and I could listen to music before I plugged it in.

I am going on holiday for two weeks very soon and I need my iPod!! Please help.

Thanks,

Tom

Try resetting your iPod

Press the Menu + select button and hold till you see a apple logo on the screen.
