ok, in november i brought my 360 at blockbusters. about three days ago evrytime i put the lead from the plug into the powerbox thing it sparks and cracks then falls out.
blockbuster are saying the warrenty is under microsoft? its that bull**** or are they right? because as far as i know any electrical goods brought from a shop by law are under shop guarentee.
when i put the plug thing in it wobbles. (it shouldnt be able to) and it falls out. i get it in for 3 second tops and it falls out. what should i do.

The warranty is probably with Microsoft, and I think you'll have to send it off to them.

I would ask the store where to go replace one. Usually, they will provide you with an address, usually to Microsoft support. Go there, and they will check and replace it.

Microsoft hold the warranty I think, as most people have to get it sent to them for 2 weeks :P

I've heard of this problem - do not plug it in, I think I remember that the consoles with the problem were recalled, and those who sent them back got free games.
I revise that get the Microsoft address from Blockbuster, as they do indeed run the warranty. I've heard at Argos them telling people to contact Microsoft, so it's probably correct.

Microsoft hold the warranty - ring them up and they can tell you shipping details etc etc. Courier will come and collect and it should be back within 2 weeks, however mine only took 1.
