You will need the Kernel Sources -_-

Huh why would you need the kernel sources unless you want to compile it? And even then most distributions include them.

Ubuntu has them im sure. CentOS i just select them during install. ndiswrapper is very easy if you have all the right stuff already installed :P Google "Ubuntu ndiswrapper howto" its pretty much the same for every distro.,
