open up your ftp client and drag in the wav file.

Athogh some hosts dont allow them if its payed they should do.

Say if i upload to thybag its url would be http://thybag.co.uk/exspmle.wav for exsample (no wav there) and depding on browser ither open up download, or play, more likly download for wav though
