Also updates to iPhoto. Makes albums automatically based on date. Nothing spectacular.
Also, an update to .Mac: A web gallery to show pictures to friends. iPhone compatable. iMovie is also updated. Will be just like iPhoto, but for movies, and will be "a completely new way of editing video". One click "Share to Youtube" option. I think this encodes only, no upload.

iMovie also is uploadable to .Mac web gallery. New effects, transitions. Very easy to use.

iDVD has new themes, better performance. iWeb has web widgets, AdSense, Media index page, personal domain support and theme switching.

Garageband is updated, as is iWork. Loads of boring stuff. The Mac Mini is getting an upgrade, and will be in the Apple store. No cosmetic changes AFAIK.
After a QA session, in which nothing much was said, the Apple Special Event is over. Check the new iMac in the Apple Store in about an hour.

Ugly. And you cant upgrade it that much. 2x2GB ram why not 4x1GB ram or 4x2GB ram? Graphics is only 256mb GGR3 (but then again they don't have many games).

i'm not sure really. i assumed they were these new ones because the keyboards looked the same. the imac itself was slightly different.
i guess it's not the same then. my bad.
