I have an old pc, that WONT boot from a live CD its that old. But it does have a floppy drive. Is there a linux distro I can install from a floppy.
I only hve one floppy.

No, you'd either need to install a version onto a partition on your hard drive or get a new computer because there is no way any operating system would fit on a floopy disc.

I meant use a floppy to tell the pc to run from disc.

just grab a Bootdisk and tell it to read from the CD ... not sure why your computer can't read from a CD on boot if it has a Cd drive

Its an old pc. Not MY pc now. Read the OP please.
It says ATAPTI UNABLE TO START which is something to do with it.
Grab a bootdisc and start it up okie dokie

you should learn before you speak, dam small linux can be installed as an operating system and it's guarenteed to never exceed 50mb

On disc it uses 49.5 but the actual size is something like 51,9--,--- bytes . Also it's 'guaranteed' not 'guarenteed'.

That's over 100MB, it would never fit on a floppy ;)
