Not the old fashioned Dr, Dr jokes ;)
After a few years in medical school, the students get to study a real, dead human body. The Doctor taking the class said "Now Class, there are 2 rules you must learn, the first: Don't be disgusted by anything about the body". Saying that, the Doctor stuck his finger in the corpses anus, took it out and stuck his finger in his mouth, "Now you try".
A little disturbed by this, the students hesitated but finally they lined up and one by one, put their fingers into the anus and put it in their mouths.
"The second rule is: Pay attention. Notice i put my middle finger in the anus, and my index finger in my mouth".
