[READ NOW OR DIE] - WUBI HELP!!

Okay so I've installed wubi etc and installed ubuntu (latest version).. I've run it once so its installed all of linux etc etc.. But it won't load onto the screen to log in. It comes up somethign about "can't connect to X servers" or soemthing and it won't loadddd :(

Any help please :)

try pressing ctrl and backspace, it reloads X

Nope that didn't work.. I'm gonna uninstall and install an older version...

Maybe its my graphics card? Maybe I need to install linux drivers?

to restart X server do this: CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE :D or... login on the how'd you call it... the dos look-a-like thing and type: kdm if your using kdm...

I looked carefully and what it said was before it came up cannot connect to x server was that it can't find the display or screen or soemthing :S

I read on another forum that I mgiht have to install my graphics drivers for linux but I don't see how I can install drivers onto linux when linux won't even load..

it did say beta and it wasn't official

Yeah but I installed the old version of wubi last month and that didn't work either so it must be my graphics
