Ok so I have windows xp and ubuntu with webmin installed on 2 separate harddrives in the computer. Using firefox from within windows is there anyway i could access webmin in linux?

No,

Webmin is a program which will run when linux is running.

You have to have your linux running for webmin to run, which means if your dual booting windows will be off.

You can install a virtual pc program (Like VMWare) and have linux runing inside of windows.

You can google to see how to get that working, (VMWare player is free:))

is wubi the same idea as vmware?
and if both harddrives load when windows starts wouldn't i be able to browse to e:/webmin or w.e

Ive not heard of wubi, but it looks like it is.

Windows can't access the linux partition, the hard drive will be spinning, but windows can not read the format. Windows can only read NTSF/FAT32/FAT etc etc
