W810i Flas Menu

Ive looked through many sites that tell you how to get these menus but its very complicated for me.

Does anyone know how to do this simpler?
or can someone tell em what to do in full detail.

EVERYTIME I TURN IT ON IT KEEPS SAYING PLEASE INSERT CORRECT SIM CARD.

IVE TRIED O2 THE ORIGINAL NETWOKR AND MY OWN SIM CARD VODAFONE.

its just a theme.
they dont work on my phone, k750i, but i think its because mine is locked to a network, vodafone, and they've made their own menus and the like for it.

The w850i or w/e my phone's called got that pre-loaded.
