Broken w580i

Hey, I bought a SE w580i on Virgin 2 days after it came out. Its now broke and wont slide up so I take it to shop they say yeah ring 789 and theyll replace it by courier. I ring 789 and they say no cant accept it, physical damage. ***! A £160 phone broke and they say nothing can be done :@

Any acts I can quote to them or something? :@

im sure its easily fixed, take it to a local repair shop or something.

its really your fault for breaking it, can you see any damage too the phone?

if not just say that it wont turn on or something, did that to them before and it worked :P virgin are great for support though, cant fault them at all.

Replacement arrived today. I got it to slide up but the top buttons didnt work, Virgin sent me a replacement by nextday courier ;]
