THis is more a graphics question, but you would just need an animation program, like photoshop of exsample, use imagte ready, and psp8 uses animation shop.

Then use the program, wich will have all the stadges in frames, you order them with minor edits etc, so you end up with an animated peace, wich is genirated as .gif .
