Ok, I have the site now, But i just dont know how to get it on my site

Once Youve Installed It And Did the Accounts You Should Get Show_News.php You Put That Into Ur Iframe :]

the best way to do it is to create a file such as news.php and in that put this code :

include("cutenews/show_news.php");
?>

because that way you can limit the number of posts show or how its is show easier :)
