ive been haxed and my email adress password and d.o.b has changed is there anyway to retain my information cuz it had 71 days left of hc and im really ****ed off about it sorry for my language but its true

im not a help desk staff. but i cant think of anyway you can get your account back at this point in time. Habbo have removed the tool which sends you your password back. Without your dob and email, it would be impossible unless you contact habbo personally.

Your date of birth can't of changed, as you can no longer change this information, even if you know the existing one and are in the account.

The tool that sends your password IS still working, not sure what Shadow is on about. However you do need to know the email address in the account information. If it's been changed then you should have had an email sent to the email address that was in the profile (before it was changed) asking you to confirm that you want your email changing, the title of the e-mail will be 'Do you want to change your email address back?'

As you didn't want your email changing, you can click the URL that is provided in the e-mail, and it will change your email BACK to what it was before the scammer changed it, and then email you a new password to that email.
