okie...
1. The text doesn't stand out very much, make the inside of the text white/light grey.
2. The image could do with a border. A grungy/graffiti/messy type border I think would be appropriate for this type of art.
I can't actually comment on the graffiti itself as you've just collected images from the net which aren't yours.. yes? Good job on the blending.. maybe put a cloud effect over it and reduce the transparency just to liven it up a bit.
Nice work. :8

It's all a bit dark for me, don't know why but it just doesn't look right.
Text is poor, too.

I guess you just layered them all up and changed some of their opacities ;) You probably used other techniques, I would suggest making it brighter ;)

It was supposed to be dark to give it that street grundgyish feel :). The background colour is black, I used a blending technique.
I have taken the CC (apart from the lightness thing).
Here it is with a text fill and grungy border:

I hate the new one.
Despite making it lighter, the black border thing looks absolutely abysmal.

[Sigh]
It is a dark, grungy, messy photoshop.
Thats the whole point of it. The border is meant to be hated. Thats why it is grungy, It's messy and its rough.
I hate the new one.
