My internet speed is very slow how can i make it quicker???

Okay, most standars dial-up modems are 56K. Yet it all depends on what your local phone line can handle. The only way to make it faster is to switch to Broadband/Cable/ADSL/Satellite . These run at various speeds eg. 256KBPS and 512KBPS and higher, though these methods of connection cost a fair bit more than dial - up :rolleyes:

hi to make it faster u can get cable-boradband most have deals so u can get it cheap or adsl wich is dial up but it is much faster

If it's high speed, then I would check with your anti-virus just in case you don't have a virus because a virus can make you internet get really low. If it isn't high speed, it may be you electricity working weirdly. It happened to me one time. Or maybe, it's just that your modem is really slow.

I've heard that www.onspeed.com (http://www.onspeed.com) is good and costs £2 a month for faster internet conection.

Usually by speeding up your internet connection you have to spend money on doing so unless perhaps it is slow because you're computer is slow? Then you could just try clearing all useless programs that you have off it.

Ok those are all good ideas but befor you do anything try the following. It will speed up your computer and your internet. I'm sure you have a lot of Spyware on it as I used to.

Go to START then Control Panel. Then go to Control and Maintenance. Then go to Free Up Space on your Hard Disk. Something will pop up with a small list with different groups of files. You can remove anything that has temporary in it. Now when you go on habbo again it will take a while to load the first time because it has no memory of habbo. But don't worry, the next time it will load just fine.
Now another thing you can do (this might take a few days, it did for me) is go back to Performance and Maintenance, and click "Rearrange Items on your hard disk to make programs run fast" and run that. What it does is sort the files on your computer.
Another thing to do is get Ad-Aware 6.0 and run that. It will remove all the Spyware that your computer has and most of the viruses/trojans.

If you do "Free Up Space On Your Hard Disk" and Spybot once a week, your computer should run just fine. If your internet still goes slow, then you obviously have different problems then I thought:)

Or you can get some RAM, That sometimes speeds up your computer if you dont have to much already :D. But all these things cost money, So Tis up to you if you want it :)
