when i put a alt on it says its so big is there any other way i can put it on

Go to imageshack.us press browse find the pic and press upload then copy the the link for forums and paste the link in the post then press submit post
And the picture should be there

could be either you are saving it as a .bmp (try .png) or you arent cutting it down to size.
