It appears you've only uploaded your Signature to the forum, to add it you need to click the button above that says "Insert Signature Picture" or simply add [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] into the editor box
As for your profile picture, that displays when viewing your profile, if you want to change the picture that displays everywhere else, such as on your posts, then you'll need to edit your avatar, which you can do here: https://habboxforum.com/profile.php?do=editavatar

It seems your issue has been resolved already, however, you can always navigate to the "Edit Signature" page and press "Insert Signature Picture" (see below), which will add the hyperlink to your signature to properly add the Signature Picture.
