To be honest theres to many animated things going on distracting me from the main site. the box with the navigation buttons on it is to big compared to the buttons. I'm also not to keen on the tiled effect in the background It'd be better if you had an image which would fit or just have one block colour. why couldn't you have your gallery on your actual website instead of a seperate thing?? Things such as the contact form dosn't fit into the main frame so its kind of annoying for the user if they want to fill it in because they have to keep scrolling back and forth. try and code your poll to match the colour of your background. Again make the background colour match with the news pages and keep the font consistant.

That seems like alot of things I've found wrong but its not really all pretty easy to fix. other than that the content is very good and detailed and you actually have people tuneing in !

Your template looks flat, try makng buttons for it.

I will sort out poll, I didn't notice that . The news is linked on our other site's but we are making seperate pages for that on the site very soon.
