This quest is only avaliable to America (I think). This is guide how to get the badges if you live anywhere else.

(American Proxy, your internet may be a little slow while using it).

Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings > Manual proxy configuration

The proxy doesn't work for me :S It goes on google, but when you sign on habbo it's just fails. D:

Mine worked in the end, but turns out I had already done the quest haha
