    Hey,

    You need a SAM2 Broadcaster or whatever and Winamp and also a shoutcast server.

    It's easy www.shoutcast.com download shoutcast and winamp install the DS plugin and Get a shoutcast server open it up connect and play songs and speak with a mic.
