Virus.. MP3.exe/.zip, taskmgr?

1) It started about a week ago
2) I restored to 3 days before it happened, it came up with an error, i cant remember what it was...
3) wth is Kazza? >.< Its illegal? I havent even download it LOL
4) I use only music cds.. i dont download music
5) Erm, Norton updates itself every day [:

Try downloading a free virus scanner to your computer and installing it, such as the ones mentioned above, then starting your comptuer back up in SAFE MODE.
to do this, shutdown your computer, and then turn it back on.
When you turn it back on, keep pressing F8 rapidly until you get a screen which gives you "boot up" options. select "safe mode with networking", and press enter.
Then proceed as normal (your screen quality will be bad probably at this point, the colours will look messed, don't worry, they will go back to normal after )
Then when you have logged back in, run this virus scanner and wait for it to find the virus.
What safe mode does:
Runs your computer with only the BASIC things it needs to function. This means that NOTHING ELSE (including anti virus programs) will load when you start the computer, meaning the virus will not load either.
Alot of viruses use "respawn" techniques or "reloading" techniques.
The respawn hides the file somewhere in the computer, so that even if you delete it, it can reinstall itself when you restart your computer.
Reloading makes it so that even if you kill the process, another program is there to restart it. Usually they work together so that if one is killed, it reloads the other and vice versa.

So anyway, try that and report back to here
