Since nobody seems to be listening I wish to emphasize that change to the rules is happening. I agree that we are being overharsh in SOME situations, although 60% of the users above did infact, after talking to my staffmembers and looking at screenshots deserve to be banned.

Report it and it will be get dealt with. But the actions that are taken by the Staff Editor are not something that you can judge (regarding infractions) as you do not know the members records.
