I don't actually see what good muting Habbo has done. It was only done after the C4 investigation and it is only stopping the minority of paedophiles against the majoirty of Habbo-loving users who wish to talk and interact with each other. Aren't people alowed to talk about this, or stil communicate with friends? You're going to bring the ability to type back, so what's the point in taking it away, the paedophiles will just hit after your unmute us, if they are going to? - e5

Be more actively alert with paedophiles. Have your mods like police, have them in rooms monitoring to reassure other users. If someoen starts being a pervert or advertise hack sites, the mod can quickly ban them!

It most likely means "channel 4" - the people responsible for the mute. Obviously, skulls carry negative connotations ... and so, putting them together, people are hating on channel 4.
