    PCDown? offers a free* online support service to help fix or give advice about your Windows or Apple computer.

    Here's a small selection of what we offer:-

    Routine Maintenance - Health checks, cleanups and updates
    Data Recovery and Backup - Data retrieval and disaster prevention

    *Should we be required to carry out any work on the machine(s) at our workshop a fee will incur for the labour and if applicable delivery costs, should we also believe we need to charge for a certain action during the ticket stage a fee will incur. But the majority of support provided will be free.

    great idea always thought there should be something like this. I've got an idea to - what about integrating a chat room kind of service where people could get instant support if people are online - would be used by a lot of people I think.

    If our client base expands into a level that would be adequate for a live chat room we will look into this idea, however for the time being we give an initial reply to tickets within 30 minutes.
