Just a few ideas for Rare Values, I don't know what's planned for v7 or what has already been done, so some of these may actually already be happening but either way, I thought I'd share these seeing as I've had a few of these ideas for a while now.
So LTDs were added to Habbox recently, which is great for now but as was said in the feedback thread about it previously, there was other plans for how they'd be implemented in v7. But my idea is.. simply to keep it as it currently is, you're on the LTD section and it shows all of them with a value but that value is just a generic value. But, if you then click on one of them, it'll take you to a page with the same layout as it currently would (click HERE to see) but in that top area there is buttons to choose from #1, #2-9, or other/generic. Although, those three options could be changed - in fact, it'd be good if we could add as little or as many if we wanted to on the back-end of it all and choose what ranges for each.
Limited Edition Rares
Also, something small which I'm sure could actually be done now quite easily, and which I mentioned in the previous thread, is an LTD tag so that we don't have to use a star. So that then we can add tags to LTD like so:
If you use Habbox Rare Values you'll notice the list of categories is extremely long, with over 180 categories (and imagine if we still had one category per line :L). But with a lot of the categories, they're based on the same section (e.g. Christmas, Christmas 2009, Christmas 2010, Christmas 2011 - and Xmas Castles and Xmas Rares could be said to be in the same category) but it could be good if these could be all put in to just one section.. Christmas. However, they would still be separated in to Christmas, Christmas 2009 etc, but would all be on the same page. If this was possible, the amount of categories could be cut down by around 30%. But.. having said this, idk whether it'd actually make it easier to find it if too many categories are within a sub category, so will be interesting to see what people think![]()

And as for the trading forums @Chris;] most of the LTD threads are in super rare trading, even though super rare usually means not sold in catalogue, but I think it'd be good to have LTD trading in that forum as well anyway and if the LTD tag is added to Habbox.com then it needs adding to this thread: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=627239 - but also I've just realised that thread is incorrect. 'Anything without a Star will be a Categorized, meaning it often comes in and out of the Catalog.' - it's now just any item that's not a super/normal rare is given a bronze starso nothing will/should have no star.
Sub Categories
.
Other Ideas..
Some of these if not all of them are probably already planned for v7 anyway..
View items by tag - e.g. all super rares. However, would be good to view them by their small image, like how rare values was before v6, otherwise the page would be extremely long and laggy (just try typing in a category that doesn't exist and it tries loading every single item on Habbox in one page!)
Page view customisation - when on a page, e.g. https://habbox.com/#!/Rares/Category/Diner it's a long page that takes ages to scroll down. You can click on one and view the small sprites, but then you can't see all the values on one page. Could be good if there was two buttons; one to switch between large view (what it is at the moment) and small view (using small sprites instead, like what the rv before v6). Then there could be an option to view by value, and maybe by tag - and these same options could be on the search results page too.
Search category - search bar at the top of the category list to search for a particular category. I guess this would solve the problem that the sub-categories would have solved.
View more latest updates/additions - Something which we originally asked David for before v6 was released (along with many, many other things we asked for :L), the ability to view more than 4 latest updated items and more than 4 latest additions - e.g. updated within past 24 hours/48 hours (could be a user selected time range) and the same for latest additions.
