You're probably best of email Habbo via the Habbo Help Tool (HHT) (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/iot/go?lang=en&country=uk) as it's their website etc, they should know how to allow Habbo through ports to the full extent.

Did that yesterday and they sent me the FAQ page.. didnt show me at all on how to allow habbo through ports -.- then i get a email 2 hours ago saying we cant help you anymore... All i asked them was to give me a guide on how to allow habbo through my ports -.- Kinda annoying me now as its been 5-6 months and then they decide they cant do anything more? Surely they know how to open ports etc :S Sorry if it sounds like im moaning.

    213.157.65.43

    Bump
Tried doing ports, still dosent work, Habbo reckons its virgin media as they think my street shares the MB :S but if it was that would runescape/online games work, its odd, and to my knowledge it all happened when i got virgin media, not 100% sure though like i said.

Contact your internet provider (Aka Virgin Media) and see if they have any issues with this or you have some sort of allowace which habbo may exceed, and if this isn't the problem you have illiminated it. If it is ask them what you/they are going to do about it

    Hope this helps!
