For Advertisement and ease of access when purchasing, it will make sure new people know they can buy them.

I Have checked, but it's not.

But it won't be long before it's eventually in, we have already seen pics of the army plasto set and the other shade of blue plasto set leaked a few months a go so they must have plans to release it.
