Recieved unban email but still banned?

I got an email today from Naomi informing me about being unbanned but after trying to log into the account the ban seems to still be valid on it? Has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it?

this happened to me, just contact the help tool, they do it within the day aha

I'm guessing it's an email notification of a comment on his ticket.

Be careful, i recieved one of these turned out it was a scam email from when the help tool db was leaked trying to steal your account information to steal other accounts of yours. it might be genuine, but they stopped replying to ban requests AFAIK and i submitted a request over 2 months ago with no reply..

i was permed two weeks ago and was unpermed within 6 days. just give it time.

Usually happens the OTHER way round for me... twice they've explained to me by email how they can't unban me... and twice I've then been able to login after (Or the first time - 2days before!) receiving the email.

They WERE ALL perminant (Aka 11year - although they may auto-re-ban after the 4000day (I suspect) database banTime allowance is... But Habbo unbanned everyone in 2005... so we won't know for sure until 2016 (Unless the unban us all again -fingers crossed-)

speaking of customer support, I requested to get a perm ban lifted after like, 5 years and I had to give them all these details like friends I hate on that account and such, (I could hardly answer the questions because this account is ancient. How was I supposed to remember?) and when I contacted them again to get it lifted, they said they can't lift bans from over 5 years ago or something. I don't understand? Suddenly if I could provide them with these details, they were able to unban me. But now they can't because the account is too old?
Kind of sounds like laziness to me.
