Perhaps she spends all her time on Habbo just getting furniture.
She certainly does not have any fan rooms, which might suggest this.
My friend told me that when I was not on Habbo about 2-3 years ago, thrones were a very low value, perhaps she got lots of them, then they shot up in value.
