well like on my old computer when i pressed prt scr & it started printing & not take a screenie , so I had to use that.
not sure if it's the same for others though..

cause, i have a laptop and on mine PRNT SCRN and CTRL doesn't do ne thing, so i have to use the onscreen keyboard for screenies
