I have just started going to the gym today.
im a rather big build too. i weight about 10 stone its awful. and im 15 years old. I need to do something about it. im really weak too. i hope it will do me some good.
How long does it take for most of your muscles to develop. when you have been weighlifting. going on a rowing machine. going on the tredmill. all this for about 10-15 minutes twice a week. and its all in the space of 1 hour for £2.50 its great.
does anything happen to you if you stopped going to the gym so often and didnt work out enough.
