Haymitch has decided that this slogan is terrible. Our work with the Mockingjay indicates that he may be right. No matter how she tries to say it, it just doesn't quite work. A slogan is a good tool to use against the Capitol. If it can get inside people's heads in the Districts, they may join the rebellion and help us get closer to President Snow. Come up with a slogan for our campaign against the Capitol. The best slogan will be passed onto Beetee, who'll hack into the Capitol's communications system and spread the slogan across the Districts. Good luck, may the odds be ever in your favor!
