Meh highly unlikely the threats will be carried out regardless, he always sends threats, wouldn't be surprised if the us were involved in taken down their internet.

Doubt they were, it wasn't really a 'well thought out' response, I think they'd do a calculated attack not just take down the internet which only the elites/govts have access to
