Throne Value

I have seen a girl sell 4 of her thrones 11HCs ech and i saw another girl sell her throne for 12 HCs and a guy sell his 2 thrones for 12HCs

And Study desk are worth more then HC they should be at like the 1.2 - 1.5 mark cause my friends furni shop gets offers like that 3/4 times a day

petals and majestics are going up aswell
