Throne - 18.3 HC Sofas - People just won't sell it for less.
Bronze nelly - 5.5 HC Sofas - It's like impossible to get a bronze nelly for 5 HCs. It's really difficult to get and when people get one, they don't sell it for less than 5.5 hcs.
Study desk - 1.1 HC Sofa - It's the 12th month gift, it's hard to get. People offers 1 HC Sofa and a norm for it.
Tubmaster - 0.5 HC Sofa - Nobody needs it and it's pretty useless. People don't offer more than 0.5 HC Sofa. Most of the times, it's 1 tubmaster + one 0.5 for an HC Sofa.
