Ok here are my updates on these rare values :
Petal Patch 3.2 - I have seen it traded for 3 CS and a alot of norms about 8 times out of 10.
Dragon Lamp - Becoming very popular and have seen it traded for 1 CS and a high priced norm, so id value this at around 1.1 CS.
